    Hi All,
    we expect to have a new 50 bed unit in the near future and are currently looking at design. I noticed on the plans that there is a danni bin (PPE supplies) inside the patients room.According to the NHS “Infection Control in the Built environment” “gloves and aprons should be sited outside single rooms” so they won’t become contaminated. Just wondering is this what is happening else where? Do any hospitals keep supplies of gloves in isolation rooms in order to change between HH moments and if so are the gloves discarded on patient discharge?
